Refund policy

At Zizls.com, we take great pride in providing high-quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund for your shoes within 7 days of the delivery date. Please note that this policy applies only to shoes and not to any other products.

Returns:

To be eligible for a refund, the shoes must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, and with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for shoes that are not in their original condition, including any signs of wear or damage.

The customer is responsible for the return label and any shipping costs associated with the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your package is returned to us safely.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Please note that the refund is only for the cost of the shoes and does not include any shipping charges or other fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Shoes that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way
  • Items not purchased directly from Zizls.com
  • Items returned after seven days of delivery
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts.

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@zizls.com. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Instructions for Returns:

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@zizls.com within 7 days of the delivery date with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return

We will provide you with instructions on how to return the shoes and the address to which they should be shipped. Please ensure that the shoes are securely packaged to prevent any damage during shipping.
